For a service that is still a year away..i think people are panicking too much..this app will improve over time..i for one don't mind the use of a external app for my voice chat and every other online service..i feel inviting,messaging,trying to voice chat with other consoles is tedious..everyone try chat(texting) while playing online,it is annoying..try inviting while playing as well.

Its a 21st century... i love to have app that will show additional information but voice chat should be build in the console. This should be develop in a easy way. Even ps vita have own mic.
