Sometimes in quickplay I play a flanker but don't flank, i just stay behind the support and bodyguard them especially if it's an Ana.
Also once i found enemy Mercy hiding while we killed her team and just nodded at her to go rez them because my team was shitting at me for playing Widowmaker.

If people give me shit about playing Widow in QP (she's one of my mains), I won't switch even if we are getting wiped.
However, if nobody says anything, I always swap in the last minute and a half to whatever the team may need to try and pull out the win because sometimes 5 dps and an Ana doesn't quite do the trick.
