Use ryzen 7 1700 you can oc higher than the 1800x

You could do with another 8gb ram

if you dropped to a ryzen 5 1600 over the 7, that's a more balanced pairing with the 1060 and youll save a bit to put into ram

and you really REALLY dont need to spend nearly $200 on windows, you can download it for free and pick up a code online for like $20 max

1800x user here, its really good, but unless you NEED the CPU power, i would drops it to a 1600x, and get more RAM/get a 1070.

I have mine paired with a 1080ti, thats more fitting IMO
