In lieu of getting the dlc I decided to rerun the game and take an interesting route. I went straight from the plateau to Hyrule Castle to pick up the Hylian shield. From there I went to the Zora palace and did the shrine at the center of the city and kill the Lynel now that I understand how the battle system works. Wasn't hard with the weapons I had. Then I beat Vah Ruta with even less difficulty than before using the triple shot Lynel bow and bomb arrows. This let me skip some of the phases of the boss fight even. Thoughts on what I should do next?

As far as I know there's only 2 phases for each boss. But I can see you being able to basically skip the first phase with the lynel bow, bomb arrows and some ATK increasing buff with strong weapons

Just fight Ganon, see how you do against all the bosses back to back.
