Hey guys,
I've a really good internet connection with 70Mbps down and 50Mbps up but when I connect my dad's computer to the network it immediate slows down the whole network with (0.3Mbps down) and then when I disconnect that pc, Internet starts working fine. Please help me with that. Thanks!

Does it only do it after it fully boots up? Does it do it in safe mode with networking ?

Maybe it tries to update shitloads of things like Os and other stuff
