Connect all the fans to the Smart device on the H700I or connect the radiator fans to the cpu optional, I'm going to be using a 360 radiator , so I will have a 3 way fan splitter , I'm going to do a push and pull config , I have asked before but didn't get very much info going to use EK Fluid gaming kit , I hear bad reviews on the Smart device

Or connect all of it to a 6x 4pin fan hub which you screw on or stick on the side of the case?

That's what I use for all my fans.
The CPU Fans/AIO Fan goes on motherboard 4pin connection on top.

I used a fan hub as well commander pro by Corsair
