So u have been playing botw for over 100 hours and i have traveled all over the map without making sure I hit all shrines in each zone. Should I restart and go zone by zone?

Yeah, backpedaling isn't a problem for shrines. Only causes a little problem for seeds.

The dlc shows you where youve been and the korok maks helps find the seeds

Get one of the shrine tracker apps available. Took me just a couple days to find the rest I needed.
