basically you are limited to like 2 operators and if they get picked you cant play them . unlocking the full game is better option.

Personaly I don't think so cus it takes you more renown to unluck operators and you get less renown per game

No, buy the regular standard edition or a Season Pass to lessen the load of grinding. Starter Edition makes it an already pretty long grind a hellish one.

Depends how much you plan on playing. I got the starter edition and regret it but I'm also 200 hours in after 5 months. If you do get starter edition, make sure you do your research on good ops so you don't have to grind to get the best/ones you like later.
