I updated to 5.0 today, now my Switch is stuck on the boot logo screen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I’m not sure how to help you. I’m fairly new to the switch, but did you update the switch yourself or did the switch automatically update on its own? I’m hoping to prevent a similar issue. I’ve been hearing some negative things about the update.

I've tried holding the power button to hard reboot it. No luck.

Has anyone try to eject the sd card and reboot it? Then put it back in after?

Call Nintendo support first before trying yourself

-Remove joy-cons
-Remove SD card and Game card
-Reboot (if still froze let battery drain out then retry)
