I don't normally play games online and do have the first splatoon game but never played online. I got the 2nd splatoon yesterday game came a day early from best buy. beat the first 2 worlds so far in single player. I was just wondering what are the different online modes like?

While I played for sevarl hours and also tried a few games of like splat zone and stuff but I am not sure how it is different then torf war.
