I'd say yes and no. Anything Nintendo will increase in value. I don't know how "rare" it is. Cuz Nintendo World is a store in NY if I'm not mistaken. So I can't buy one here in Canada.

Is that just a decal sold there? They only opened a couple years ago. I wouldn't think they'd sell a that old of a DS there.
