What it describes as the "first major title update" will launch at some point this spring. It introduces the Deviljho to the game, a monster we've seen in a number of previous entries that will feature some differences in World.
"The Deviljho must feed constantly and will devour anything in its way, even feeding on the largest of monsters with its massive jowls," Capcom explained. "This wild beast really is one for only the bravest of hunters to take on."
It's unclear if the Deviljho will be the only thing included in the update or how often we'll see new DLC packs released. Free DLC for the recent Monster Hunter entries on
