Get some pliers and clamp the zipper down

hey man, not sure if you solved this yet or not, but maybe if you get some pliars and clamp it down, it might resolve the issue. hope this helps.

happened to my 3ds case just used piliers .

I don't have any pliers at the moment. I can just deal with it for now and go to the hardware store later.
