I find it a lot less comfortable than wrist aiming, and my shoulder starts hurting after about an hour of playtime.

Arm aiming means aim from the lower arm. Your shoulder shouldn't be moving at all. And only use it for fast flicks. For normal tracking across the screen, use your wrist as normal.

jk hahaha seriously though, you just gotta practice bro. set you sens. low so major movement is in your arms, but high enought that you can track and make more precise shots.

No idea how your shoulder starts hurting unless your chair isn't good for your body and you need a new one.

My shoulder doesn't move at all. It's my lower arm that moves for turning/flicks and then my wrist that aims/tracks. I run 400DPI and between 8.10-8.30 depending on hero's.

Only thing I can pin it down to really is your chair or maybe the way you sit.

Use your wrist unless you're playing Widowmaker.
