Can someone please explain to me why pros will be in the middle of a fight and put there sprays on the wall. Is it some kind of message to their teammates? They do it A LOT

Mickie talked about it in a recent stream, it keeps their muscle memory running to react faster when getting in game. Hence why they tend to spam it around in spawn a lot to give their fingers to stay warm.

Why not? They do it in CSGO too, I always saw it as like a way to keep busy

As a lot of people have said, it's to keep their hands warmed up and ready for fast actions.

This is most prominently seen in SC2 pro matches, where nothing really happens in the first 2-3 minutes, yet pros still reach upwards of 300-400 APM just because they spam all their hotkeys to "keep warm".

You spray "well played" so when everybody sees it in the potg they all know you're better than them
