I want a character that scavenged old omnic parts and made a suit of them, it seems dark and zenyatta and bastion could have voice lines that are all offended towards him/her

No I wanted a character who would have been from Ireland, whose got anger issues, hates Omnics, has a flamethrower/Napalm launcher, with his flames preventing healing abilities for a set amount of time, and an ultimate where he lauches bombs into the air that coat the ground in flames for a set amount of time with a little more damage than his standard weapons.
