You can literally blow your caps off but a moderate setting and standing back should be fine

Plus some will blow water out with the air drain off first only saying might be a problem fella

Only use canned air, compressors can expel water.

I wouldn't. Air compressors can build up condensation in the air lines and inside of the tank. I wouldn't spray your components with possible water in the tank.

I wouldn't. I go in with 99% isopropyl with microfiber and q tips. Evaporates completely at room temp. No residue, no chance of moisture staying behind.

I have no problem with my air compressor. Mine has a regulator to reduce pressure as needed and a filter to remove water.

It's awesome.

Bleed the line, moderate setting, lock the PC down so it doesn't move, and just stand back. You should have no problem

Not if set properly. The thing that you need to worry about is if it's older or cheap it may spray bits of metal with the air.
