Trying to make a super cool and good pc for a while now, but everytime i do / buy something i always think it looks "meh" and not "cool" like everyone elses?

What would i have to do to make my pc "cool" / "amazin"?

Almost at the stage where im going all in and getting some custom cnc work done and laser print to make it special and get new cooling all around it.

Just wanna point out, i cant do any modding due to the lack of tools.

I live in the middle of the city so wont even have the space to do so / own them.

So limited to buying stuff for now.

I personally don't like the way the loop is positioned, I would make it more clean looking and add some coloured coolant and LEDs
