I feel like healing should be at least silver at any given time, I usually get around 5,000-8,000 per match plus armor provided of a couple thousand. Eliminations should probably be high just because you have to be involved in kills to heal. I also find my objective time is usually high because she only works well if your team is grouped up on the objective or elsewhere, but more often than not it should be the objective.
