The noob is back!!!

I'm building my PC atm, this is what I have left to add, what's important or not? How much should I spend?

Sound card not important. If you are building it , you won’t have to pay for labor

-Case is important dont get the wrong size and dont cheap out and get one with terrible air flow.
-Power supply is important. Get 100 watts MORE than your completed build needs
-Cpu cooler is important, get a hyper 212 evo
-Graphics card is important, do your own research there
-i dont see motherboard on this list but its important. Make sure its compatible with your cpu. U wouldn't believe how many noobs miss that.
