To enjoy it as it's best you will eventually need to swtich from HDD to SSD and from 8 gb ram to 16 gb ram

Get a prebuilt system, the current cost of video cards is making it prohibitively expensive to get into PC gaming right now.

That 1060 will cost you close to $1000 CDN.

would recommend an asus h270 motherboard due to h110 motheboards recommmending a bios update to use 7th gen cpus

stick to console for at least 4 month till new graphic card out..hopefully the price will be much better by that time,u dont want to QQ over paying high price for old gpu architecture then in few months new generation came out either same prize or bit cheaper

Not bad but as others have said find a prebuilt due to gpu prices, plus you haven't mentioned a monitor......

There's nothing I'd change
Get an ssd at some point down the line and that's it your build rocks

except for that mobo may not support kaby lake out of the box. you may need to ask someone to borrow their skylake and just do a bios update before plunking that 7400 in..
