Ok so did some research, pubg mobile officially exists, in beta rn for android. What came first? Fortnite or Pubg Mobile???

Also surprisingly, the people who made pubg mobile (it was a licensed port) own Epic Games at a 40% subsidiary (so Fortnite) and Riot Games (So League of Legends)

I can't find information on PUBG Corp so dunno about the pc devs but fortnite and pubg are owned by the same people so what is with the competition?
