Just the only time I am tilted is by one tricks in shitty situations that don't fit their niche (the game was designed with the idea that you'd swap if things we're favorable)

Or if people are intentionally throwing.

And I admit I do get pretty mad when I am healing and the entire other team is flankers and no one even tries to give the healer a look.

They should punish people that make you tilt instead of the people they make tilted

Mute players who cause you to tilt. another good way is if you have a bad game step away from it, jump into arcade mode and mess around for a bit. If the game in general is tilting you, hop off, it will always be there, play something different or just step away form your system for a few mins and calm yourself down.

Tilting just makes the game un fun sooo just stay calm and be casual
