Qp is good for practising. You don't want to be practicing in competitive as that will trigger alot of players.

- you can play with all of your friends, even if there's a great skill gap between some of them
-it's not stressful and you can play without the pressure of winning
-you can play whatever you want and practice heroes that you didn't play a lot thus far
-if you don't like your team mates for different reasons, for instance because they are trolling or toxic, you can just leave without being bothered about penalties
