Try ipconfig/renew in command prompt, maybe?

try to put the ip otptions to default instead of static

Reinstall Ethernet drivers /done

Set your ip to a sifferent static ip. Verify your router has alot of open ip addresses

After some twerking on the IP address, this problem appeared to be solved. No random times disconnection. Just the name changed by itself. Thanks for helping. Glad to be in this group. <3
