Hey guys need some help. Bought a asus rog strix rx570 rgb gpu put it in the pc and now the system gets stuck on splash screen cant go into bios or anything.
I had a gtx960 2gb installed made sure i uninstalled all nvidia drivers and checked to see if my bios is the latest. When i put the old gpu back in it works again just a shit resolution (no driver installed)
Can any help me out specs below

Intel i7 2600
MB intel dp67bg
8gb ddr3 hyper x fury
Old gpu gainward gtx 960 2gb
New gpu asus rog strix rx570 4gb oc ed
Thermal take 500w psu lite

Could it be that the mb is pci e 2 and the card is pci e 3

I would its your motherboard that isn't compatible. I had a rx570 that wouldn't post in a Dell oem computer, but worked with a gtx 750ti. Installed the rx570 on my z270 asus board and it worked like a charm and is still working.
