Hey guys.

I hate to be that person to ask, however I have been out of the computer scene/loop now for about 6 or 7 years and that's when i built my last rig.

its now given up the ghost.

I have a budget of £3000 to build something that will be good for gaming but also quiet, i also want it all to be built into a nice HTPC case as its going in my media unit so a tower is no good (also I am not interested in fancy lighting but water cooling is a bonus for noise reduction)

Would you guys be able to help recommend or help with a possible component list?

you are aware water cooling still involves fans right? ideally noctua fans designed specifically for radiators not the stock pieces of shit it'll come with
