Cab I download a steam game on one computer, throw it on a USB stick and transfer it to another computer?

You can do that, once you open steam on the new pc it will start download and analyze what files you have and download anything that might be missing. Just put it in the correct location.

Lol but you need to sign the profile to play with the game and you can't make 1 account in 2 pcs valve isn't that stupid
