My top four little kid co-op choices (in no particular order):

Mario Odyssey (assist mode)

Mario Kart (auto steering and auto accelerate make it very easy for little ones)

Kirby (my 5 year old is currently going for a world record on hours played on a demo for this one)

Any of the LEGO games (we have Ninjago, the load times are terrible but my kid doesn't seem to notice)
