if you go the i3, you can clearly go for then pentium G4560
your Motherboard could need an update and you would need a skylake cpu for it to run. better go with b250
at that budget take the stock cooler
Seems you got a normal GTX 1050, get the TI for that price.

Go for this you won't regret. This is little over your budget ($550) . I highly recommend it because in 2017 there is no point building a pc with a dual core processor. And also I have choosen a better case and you won't need cpu cooler since r5 1400 comes with Wraith Stealth cooler. Ask me if you have any questions.

Go for this if you wanna save money (for $450) still perform better than your build.

Edit : Don't worry about the red sign in pcpartpicker. As H110 is a previous gen mobo it can't support Kabylake chips without update but at this point all the boards ships with updated bios so you are good to go.

Look for evga 1050 ti. Prices always changing. Can get sc version for $125 every other week. If not the same goes for 1060 3gb. Bought mine last week for $170. Also use b250 motherboard with g4560 and use savings for gpu. I bought that ram last month and it is about $10 too high. Maybe search other sellers.
