So since no one answered my question last time I'm going to ask it again. With Xbox one players being able to join an PC hosted server.... Will we be able to experience some of the PC mods if the server in question has them???

Nope different games, PC has a steam version and Windows 10 which is the same as the Xbox one

They are using a third party so you can't host your own pc server for Xbox and you have to pay for it
