Apart from cleaning and re-pasting her GPU, what's the airflow through her case like? How many intake/exhaust fans?

One intake 2 excauste

Try swapping one of those exhausts to an intake, it's generally better to have a bit more air coming into the case than it is to have coming out, it may help the temps slightly (unless the GPUs heatsink is poorly pasted/clogged with dust)
