So, i bought this, but there are 2 keys that don't work well unless pressed harder then the others....will pulling the key tabs off and putting them back on help?

yeah ill tell you whats the problem you need to open it
If you know any electric technician he can fix it in a easy way he must weld the buttons all over again and thats it it will take 10min max

it has where you can take out the keys

NOP u gotta open it from the bottom and on the board u must weld them back again make your weld stronger sometimes when u click a lot the weld becomes weak
