Remember: a calculator is literally your best friend when you plan on switching DPI.

For example: I use 1200 DPI but I plan on moving to 3200 DPI for less pixel skipping.
My in-game sensitivity is 6. (I know that's high but I find myself comfortable with it. ‍♀)
You multiply your DPI by your sensitivity to get the total. In my case= 7200 dots per inch total.

Now keep the total in your mind and get the new DPI and keep multiplying it by numbers until you get your old total dots per inch.

I eventually ended up by multiplying 3200 with 2.25 to give me 7200 dots per inch. If you're too lazy to calculate it, here's a website to calculate this in an easy way:

I just wanted to share this as you could probably learn something useful. Probably most people know about it but oh well ^^
