Okay so my game hasn't updated since the latest one came out. It has been at 1% since the lastest update got released. I already uninstall the game and tried to reinstall it and it didn't work, tried factory reseting and still doesn't work. Any idea or help on what to do to make it work? Has anyone ever had this problem? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Reset your consoles cache memory and see if that works, I had to do that was Horizon 2. To do that all you have to do is hold the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds and then it will start to flash once it flashes that is it finished

Stop the installation and turn ur Xbox offline, the reset the console and let the game install before u go back online. Mine does this all the time
