need help guys my dell inspiron 620 gets stuck at starting windows i tried switching the ram in different slots changed the hdd and still having the same problem even when i try to install windows too it freezes need help guys

I'd say try a 32 bit windows if you haven't already. Mess with the boot settings in the bios and memory mapping. If all that doesn't work, if you have an old hdd and you're running a another one along with it or a dvd drive, then try changing the jumper on them. I'm not sure what setting they need to be at, but it does usually fix the issue. sorry for clunky explaining
