All the skins are amazing except widows. It just looks like they put her in a dress and did basic Chinese designs all over it and added from what I saw maybe some jewelry but nothing you can notice in game. It was acceptable when I first saw it in the developer update and assumed it would be a purple skin but nah what a waste of a legendary.
