Feige certainly doesn't have to worry about Perlmutter after his promotion. The current Chief Creative Officer of Marvel Entertainment, and man widely regarded as responsible for the MCU's success, has confirmed that his former boss Ike Perlmutter had a long history of opposing the inclusion of black or female MCU characters.
