I'm new to the game, so maybe this is a dead topic, but I'm curious why there isn't a team based SR system. I actively avoid playing with my friends simply because I don't want to lose SR, but if the SR was specific to that group of people, I would be more willing.

If you play 6-stack you play against 6-stack, if you can't compete with 6 stacks on gold, you lose SR - how is that a bad thing ?

Also different SR for specific teams is absolutely stupid

It would be a really awkward system to input imo.
I know from myself i've played with various groups of people, some duo queues some triples a few six stacks.

Just have fun. SR is for nerds anyway
