I started a new account to see where i will be placed(lvl 10 currently) i noticed the following things in low lvl quickplay:
1.mercy is always picked first
2.if mercy is picked solider is picked by someone
3.there is always a bastion on both sides
4.if u shoot a bastion in the back they dont turn around to shoot u (my favorite)
5.they take quickplay very seriously (2 2 2 plz , we need healer , we need tank)
6.pharmercy is always there , low lvl takes mercy and the guy with highest lvl takes pharah

One thing i noticed too is long queue times in quickplay at least 3min of waiting

Edit:
7.takes at least 4-5min to get into a match
8.if you kill someone with silver/gold border they will cry and tel you to get back to your main account pussy
