Races

Build a maze

Find the painted dino. Spawn in a hundred dinos and draw on them numbers or color them. Top 2 or 3 get prizes based on what you mark as the winners.

Survival arena. Build a pit and have it be like a gauntlet. People can either entter with no weapons, or basic weapons and they can choose from a tier system to determine what creatures they will have to fight through.

Boa drag run. Build a long drag strip with walls and then spawn in a boa. If you make it to the end without being bitten you win a prize. Could also use troodons or scorps

I used to do events called pirate wars, basically each tribe who enters gets a vault with paint, a raft, cannons , outfits skins, and swords or longnecks, stone building supplies and let them build a "pirate ship" then have all line up with their ships and have a all out pirate war
