I just received my hyperx Cloud2 headset. I connect it using USB sound card headphone is working but mic is not. Mic volume is set to 0.0db I am unable to change it.
I then connect headphones to my mobile and mic is working. Mic is not working on PC
Help will be appreciated

Have you got multiple microphones on your Pc? Also did you select it as the device you wish to record audio with
