I have a budget 3000$ buy a brilliant laptop please suggest.

Dood don't get a laptop which has anything above a gtx 1060 because you usually won't be able to use that extra power. Also the top line models are usually very bulky and loud

Well, what do you want to use the laptop for? Gaming I'd use it for a desktop, but if you have to have a laptop then I would look at some of the Asus brands, a GTX 1060 or better and at least an i7. But hell you could build a decent Desktop and have some left for an okish laptop for productivity sort of stuff. Also is the currency in USD?
