I don’t know if anyone will know but I have a razor keyboard and the app razor synapse that controls the LED’s. But it doesn’t detect my keyboard. I checked if it is chroma compatible, uninstalled and reinstalled it but it still won’t work. If anyone has had this issue before can you tell me how to fix it

Yeh, familiar with this issue. What I did to fix it was throw it in the garbage and buy a logitech one. Or literally any other brand keyboard.

Uninstall synapse unplug the keyboard frtom computer wait a few seconds plug keyboard back in and let it install synapses again

Is it synapse 3.0 or 2.0?
Synapse 3.0 is still in beta and not all hardware is supported just yet
