I can't believe the number of public events I complete by myself cuz there's hardly anyone around. Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah! Trying to complete public events as part of a milestone and literally having to solo every single event.

I run into that problem ... mostly because I play during the day ... But at night ... not so much.

Bungie is addressing this issue during next week's hotfix.

Try reloading into whichever landing zone you’re near. It’ll put you into a new instance, hopefully one with people in it. You can do this multiple times until you find someone

Its frustrating cause you can get stuck in a solo loop. Oce you find a group try to stick with them. Chances are everyone is there grinding public events and will be heading to the next event right after looting the chest.
