My favorite had to be overclocking the IBM 286 to 586 MHz under LN2!

Pentium D extreme edition 965 is another legendary overclocking processor in my opinion. However, it is not very friendly. It make you pay more electrical bill and must acquire a high end LGA 775 motherboard. Besides, it produces quite a lots of heat. However, it can be overclocked to play the modern game with low settings and without anti-aliasing.

intel Celeron 300A was a media darling to all Indonesia's computer magazine. I remembered how much people very attracted to the processor for OC it, just with cheaper money to spend than Pentium II.
Unfortunately i never interested to do OC

Soooo many of these chips were ones I used lol. The penciled duron was amazing at the time, I got the 805 chip to 4ghz on air, and I'm currently running a 2500k at 4.4ghz cool and stable with a 980 to, handles all my needs. And I used to OC 166mhz pentiums in high school.
