How to balance Mercy:
Remove resurrect altogether.
Replace with the ability to chain heal/boost at a 50% stronger rate for a very short time, say 3-4 seconds. Long cooldown(12-15 seconds)
Ult stays mostly the same, but damage boosts and heals at the same time, and only lasts 10 seconds. The ability I suggested can not be used during Valkyrie.

What do you guys think, any suggestions on what should be changed?

hoow about giving rez charges but requires 1k heal to produce one that can stack to 5 players to be rez

Remove Rez? Might as well remove teleporters then, since that does essentially the same thing.

How about an AoE insta heal that heals 50 to 100 health on an 8 to 10 CD and while in valk it cuts the cd in half and increases the radius.
