Depends which AIO, all are different and get different temps, my setup is exactly the same but with an x61, its actually amazing

I used mine on exhaust and i get good temps 28_32 idle 47-55 under load

I use my kraken 240 in the front of my case bringing in air, and get no higher then 52C on a 6600k 4.4ghz

Gaming temps (rocket league,ark, GTA 5)
I'm around 115f
Full load maxed out at 128f

7700K overclocked to 5.0 GHz
Idle temps sit around 35 C
Load temps peak around 65 C.
I do not use the stock thermal paste, but I have not done anything like de-lid the CPU.
