planning on buying one more stick RAM but i have to buy all that so no money left for that
After that will i have problem with one stick on gaming?

I would recommend another ram stick,since 8 gigs is not enough with all the new games releasing in 2018 and later on.

Wont make a difference whether you run 8 or 16 gigs in nearly every game with few exceptions

That's a nice build. Try to get another stick of RAM and if you are planning to do an agressive overclock, 3.9 - 4.1 GHz, buy a better cooler. You got it right. However there is still space for improvements like always but you'll have to spend more.
