Hi, so my old motherboard died last week, I ordered a new one, Asrock Z370, and I7, and PSU. Installed it and turned
it on, without a fresh Windows install, because I wasn't prepared for upgrading, and everything worked fine. The only problem I am having is that it won't power off. I shut it down and everything stays on (the screens go off and the hd's shut down) but the fans and lights stay on. I checked the settings in Windows and it is set as before, shut down no hibernate or quick start up. Any help would be appreciated. I can hold the power button and it will shut off, but other than shutting off the power supply I cannot get it to shut down from just windows.
